You can choose between a polymer or stainless steel mug. ONLY Stainless steel mug can be placed in the dishwasher although hand washing is recommended to prolong the longevity of the image.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Personalised Items/Spelling
Please always check your spelling for personalisation as refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. I can assume there is a mistake when names are spelt different ways. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
