On Christmas Eve, scan the QR code with the camera on your phone and it will take you to the Santa/Father Christmas Tracker Norda website (the official santa tracker website) This is where your Children can track to see where Santa/Father Christmas is at on his journey! Can be used again each year!
*Please note that the website will only track Santa on Christmas Eve. But can be accessed from December 1st for other activities

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Personalised Items/Spelling
Please always check your spelling for personalisation as refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. I can assume there is a mistake when names are spelt different ways. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
