Cold Cups

Only suitable for cold drinks, we recommend hand washing only for this item. Inside of the cup should not be submerged. Outside should only be very gently wiped with a damp soft cloth when necessary. Lid and straw can be soaked and scrubbed for cleanliness. Treat it right and they will last ages.

Can Glasses

The glass element is dishwasher safe though we do recommend washing on eco wash setting to offer longetivity for the print, like anything constantly being washed in high temperatures, fading will eventually happen. 

Lid Care - Remove the rubber seal give a really good wash and dry air thoroughly. Lids on these are bamboo and may crack/split if soaked.

Insulated Tumblers

Like our can glasses the insulated steel tumblers are dishwasher safe, including the lids and straws. We recommend washing on eco-setting as higher temperatures will eventually lead to fading. These are provided with a straw cleaner and we recommend using this. Removing the rubber seal and cleaning underneath will prevent mould growth.

Tote Bags/Clothing

These are recommended to be hand washed for longetivity however they can be washed in the washing machine, use a cold or cool cycle, with the item inside out. Please avoid using fabric softener as this can have an affect on the print and may cause cracking. If ironing, iron inside out on a low setting.

Returns & Refunds Policy 

Items are NON REFUNDABLE unless damaged or faulty. Items will be offered to either be replaced or re-make the item first, the item will need to be un-used/un-worn. 
If there is a mistake on our part, for instance - incorrect spelling on items, items will be replaced & sent to you. We do not cover return postage or refund any postage fees.

I try and dispatch products within 3-5 days although at peak times this can extend to 5-7 days.

Your product will be shipped with either royal mail or a courier company, you will receive shipping confirmation once the item is ready to go.
